Refund policy

We are proud of our products and offer the best quality that we can. 
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 
Should there be an issue regarding quality, please let us know by sending an email to info@street-coffee.co.za , subject: Quality. 
As coffee beans are perishable, we don’t accept returns where there is no quality issue with the beans or ground coffee you’ve received. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that what you order will be to your taste profile.

Regarding equipment we will exchange any item that has manufacture faults within 7 days from purchase, we require details and photographs, email info@street-coffee.co.za
Kindly note we will only accept a return or exchange for coffee equipment if it has not been used and is in its original condition with box and packaging and is undamaged within 7 days of purchase provided that there is no manufacture defect.
Street Coffee works on a 7 day refund policy. Certain made to orders may only be returned for replacement but not for a refund. Refunds will not be in cash and any monies due will only be paid back into the users bank account.
